Friendly comfortable hotel close to the sea front within walking distance to Blackpool tower etc. Breakfast is excellent and is something to look forward to each morning. Simon and Rhona are very friendly, very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Recommended, we will visit again hopefully soon! Merci beaucoup Jez & Barb!

We found a new home from home. Fantastic stay. Lovely cozy room with big bathroom even though we stayed in a budget room it was big enough for us. The hotel could be a little updated but it did not spoil our stay.North shore location just where we like to relax, 2 minutes away from the sea and tram stop to town.Simon ,a great host made us feel welcome and we felt well looked after and of course delicious breakfast was served each morning.Thank you very much Simon, we will be back sooner than you think
Nice quiet area, longer walk to central Blackpool but nice walk along the seafront and trams are 2 minutes ealk from the b&b. Lovely couple who run it. Can't do enough for you. Clean.
